Refund policy

We want you to love your hat. If for any reason you don’t, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • To qualify for a return, items must be:
  • In the same condition you received them
  • Unworn/unused, with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email howdy@nashvillehatstore.com with your order number to request a return.
If approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.

👉 Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at howdy@nashvillehatstore.com. In those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized hats
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need another size or style? The fastest way is to return your original hat (shipping at customer’s expense). Once accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d like.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, banks and credit card providers may take extra time to process the refund.
